Our Hiring Process

We encourage you to apply if you meet most of the qualifications and believe the role is a good fit. Some requirements are preferred, not mandatory.

The timeline can vary by position, but most candidates complete the process within 2–4 weeks from the time they apply. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Interviews are conversational. We want to learn about your background, skills, and how you approach work. Be ready to share examples of your experience and ask any questions you have about ACSI. We encourage you to dress professionally and be ready to impress!

Be sure to include your resume, a complete employment history, and any certifications or qualifications that relate to the role. A thoughtful cover letter is a great bonus!

Yes. All applicants will receive communication once a decision has been made for the position they applied to.

Yes. All final candidates go through a county-level criminal background check, reference check, and education verification as part of our standard hiring process.
