Client Access and Collaboration

ACSI’s client access and collaboration services are customized to meet each client’s needs and evolve to continuously integrate innovation, regulatory changes, and ongoing client goals.

ACSI has implemented a collaborative approach that is reliable, accessible, adaptable, seamless, easy-to-use, and, most of all, secure and compliant. ACSI’s Client Center is a fast, highly secure, nontechnical way to transfer files and other information from ACSI to our clients and from our clients to ACSI.

ACSI’s clients can do virtually anything they need to on their accounts, including pulling reports, viewing their files, transferring files, making adjustments to accounts, recording payments, sending comments, and more. We also supply our clients with walk-through instructions for using the Client Center and provide hands-on training to clients as requested.

We accept files in commonly used formats including Excel, .txt files, and csv formats. We are able to accommodate the formats and preferred methods that clients require. We also encourage clients to use our secure client access portal for user-friendly file transfer. ACSI uses the most secure file transfer options available today, including secure email, password protections, and security-encrypted file transfer protocol (FTP) options.

In keeping with ACSI’s strict security protocols and regulatory compliance practices, all information containing ePHI and PII is transferred and shared through the Client Center. The Client Center uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) and individual login names and passwords to offer a secure place to handle ePHI and PII.
