Facilities and Staffing

ACSI’s complementary staffing organizations and facilities are structured to promote a collaborative team environment that optimizes our productivity and performance.

ACSI has an exceptional company culture for clients who wish to team with a recovery agency that values its own and its clients’ reputations. Our company culture permeates every aspect of our organization, including the CEO, President, Senior Executives, Managers, Team Leaders, and, most important, the front-line personnel who make our day-to-day successes a reality. Individually, and as a team, we all have a stake in the company’s success, reputation, and longevity.  However, it’s our culture that binds us together and keeps our focus where it belongs.

Our people are the foundation for everything we accomplish at ACSI, and their tenure, which far exceeds industry average, is a testament to ACSI’s commitment to its employees and, likewise, their commitment to the company. ACSI’s success can be mostly attributed to a company-wide belief that a positive attitude, strong character, and excellent work ethic are required of all employees. As ACSI has grown, the majority of the new roles and/or responsibilities created within the company are staffed with current employees. By promoting from within, ACSI fosters company loyalty and provides a career path to retain good employees and the historical knowledge they’ve acquired as ACSI employees. We also support continued education through a tuition reimbursement program and flexible work schedules to accommodate and encourage employee development.

All ACSI collection personnel are required to adhere to the ACA’s Code of Ethics, and make a pledge to uphold them during new-hire training conducted by ACSI’s Director of Corporate Training. In addition, company policies for account collection rules and regulations are disseminated to ACSI employees by ACSI’s Director of Corporate Compliance via compliance training. Our company culture mandates courteous and professional conduct based on a customer-service style of interacting with consumers and clients.
