Automated Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI) was established in 1988 as an accounts receivable management company. ACSI provides total recovery management services to the higher education, healthcare, government, and financial markets on a national basis. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, ACSI operates from its new corporate headquarters adjacent to the Opryland Hotel. This 25,500-square-foot, custom build-out call center and collection facility provides the expansion capacity necessary to keep pace with ACSI’s projected growth. To complement this facility and to better serve our clients, we are also establishing additional satellite facilities in other time zones to expand our capabilities. ACSI’s high-quality work environment has also enabled us to deploy new, advanced technologies that place us at the forefront of our industry. In addition, our facility is located near a large labor pool of qualified U.S. workers and is ergonomically practical, ecological- and employee-friendly.
